Pumpkin Cookies 🎃

PUMPKIN COOKIES

Ingredients:

  • 1 C pumpkin 
  • 1 C butter
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 C flour 
  • 1 TSP baking soda 
  • 1 TSP baking powder 
  • 1 TSP cinnamon 
  • 1/2 TSP salt 
  • 1 TSP vanilla 
Instructions:
  1. pre heat oven 325*
  2. combine dry ingredients 
  3. cream soft butter and sugar 
  4. add vanilla, egg and pumpkin 
  5. add dry ingredients to wet mixture 
  6. drop in desired size on un-greased pan- suggested by table spoon
  7. dust with cinnamon and sugar if desired 
  8. bake for 15-17 min depending on size or until crispy on outside
