1 1/2 C flour
2 C all bram
1/2 C sugar
1 TBSP baking powder
dash of salt
1 1/4 C milk
1 egg
1/4 oil
2 bananas
OPTIONAL
1 C nuts
preheat oven 400*
combine dry ingredients
in a different bowl combine bran and milk, let stand until soft
add oil and egg to wet mix, beat well
add dry ingredients and mix
scoop into 12 greased muffin cups
bake for 20 min
going through recipes and reading them off to mom when i got to this recipe she looked me dead in the eyes and said "these are the best muffins, they are my favorite muffin ever. SOOO YUMMY!"
