Hrudka
Ingredients
1 dozen eggs
1 quart of whole milk
1/4 c sugar or to taste
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
yellow food coloring if desired
Instructions
beat all ingredients together until frothy
cook on a low temp stirring constantly
when curdled pour through a tea towel or multiple layers of cheesecloth
hang until it stops dripping
