This year I've been missing the sense of a full Easter season, with named days, periods and corresponding stories, rituals, etc. (Ash Wednesday, Lent, Palm Sunday, and all the days of Holy Week). I have so many bright, sunny memories of Easter as a kid, especially centered around my two sets of grandparents' houses. It's funny to remember that we used to hide real eggs... when did that stop?
